The company’s growing and expanding program has led to the addition of a new floor with dedicated spaces to the complex. For this reason, the managers of this complex decided to recreate the visual identity and interior design of their office.

Their goal was to create an efficient and modern space that, in addition to increasing focus and productivity, would also attract the interest of employees in the organization and attract the attention of competitors and customers.

This was done through several consultation sessions, examining needs and desires, and challenges. We considered the best option to use movable glass walls, which are both cost-effective and highly flexible and are fully adaptable to future changes in the organization. Glass walls reflect natural light from the windows and give a new spirit to the workspace.

Next, ergonomic office furniture was suggested for different spaces. Furniture suitable for relaxation areas, informal conversations, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and personal and shared workstations was placed. These changes allowed the space to be used multiple times while still maintaining a sense of calm and intimacy.

The ground floor had a large, uncluttered space, and the biggest challenge was that two teams from different parts of the organization were working. To separate the space, reduce noise, and create more focus, we used acoustic glass panels and partitions.

The result was a bright and open environment that maintained high efficiency and productivity, where teams could interact and collaborate without disturbing each other.
